Hotel Incanto

Very nice location. The hotel had once its moments of glory, I presume. Still, the view is gorgeus. The rooms are “vintage”, but clean. The staff is very complying. When one needs something done in the room, one just has to ask, and the thing is done. Food is varied and enough. The way I felt here worths 5*. Thank you.

The Hotel is almost 50 years old, which needs renovation... Its absolutely not for the international travellers, may be only for the domestic travellers.The pictures on the website are very old and didn't look the Hotel same. The surrounding are very dirty. Only the Pool, The Front office Staffs(even though they speaks very limited English) and the view from the hotels are good. The breakfast is same for every day and if you have luck you will find something in Buffet.. Housekeeping Service is also below the standard.

Fabulous hotel in need of some updating but absolutely spotless clean. Staff were lovely, Printed details or information was lacking to support staff with visitors. Location is amazing but needs some means of getting to Ostuni as the walk to the nearest bus stop means walking in the road and at night could be a bit dangerous. Taxi situation is not very developed. Shuttles would be perfect. Ostuni is perfectly positioned as a base for most of Pugilia. There are stunning views from the hotel by night and day and a complete panorama of the area surrounding the delightful Ostuni. If you are looking for quiet and relaxation with a great swimming pool and views this is for you. Local people were fabulous and very helpful especially Antonio our driver. Restaurants especially Ostuni Bistro wonderful Loved every minute. C&K Girling
