Excellent location, super easy to find from the bus station coming into Bilbao but close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large with constant hot water and great amenities, fully equipped kitchen - it even has a juicer! Clear directions for check in, seamless experience getting inside the apartment. There's an elevator as well so bringing luggage in wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again!

We originally booked an apartment for 4 adults and two teenagers via Booking.com for the week of the solar eclipse in August. We had booked this well in advance, to benefit a good price. A few months before arrival, our booking got cancelled, with the reason that the apartment would be closed. A week later, the apartment was back available on Booking, but significantly more expensive. This is a dirty practice!
