Great house with a lot of character, but is situated in a location difficult to access by car and far away to walk (uphil) from the city. The staff however is very picky and particular 😞 not much helpful and almost condescending to customers. The room has nice furniture but the door cannot be closed (only locked) so one has to carry a heavy key all over the place. There is no possibility to buy anything at the hostel (food or drinks) and there is no fridge to store it if you buy and carry it up the hill 😞 beds are old, squicky and soft and the room has no protection against mosquitos 🤕 for the price they charge, there are better options around ....

Low budget hotel. Poor quality rooms and bathrooms. I was lucky to have a private bathroom. There is no A/C in the rooms which made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable in the middle of a summer heat wave. The manager/owner doesn’t speak English. It is very hard to communicate with her. Strange check in policies. They hold down your passport until the end of the stay to make sure you pay instead of asking for a payment up front at the time of check in. Fairly clean rooms but the building is an old construction. The breakfast was average but the fresh orange juice was refreshing.

Traditional homely hotel, really friendly welcome and large delicious breakfasts made by the owner. Her homemade tortillas in particular, wow! Room had an amazing view across Deia and down to the sea, we had a shared bathroom and shower but they were always absolutely spotless and might as well have been private. Would stay here again.
