An experience to forget... With the reservation made on the designated platform, we called and the owner knew nothing of our arrival... she said she hadn't received anything, then, hours later (during the trip), she told us that the email had arrived (BY SCROLLING THROUGH HER EMAILS FROM THE PREVIOUS DAYS), but it was in ENGLISH and she didn't understand anything... anyway, she sent us to the facility, saying she would solve the problem. The solution would have been, after consulting colleagues and the NUNS, to put you in a small room that I give to kids for 20 euros per person when they leave the nightclub for just one night, then I'll move you to the other room in the facility. ONCE WE ARRIVED AT THE FACILITIES, the situation changed. Yes, she gave us a small room used to host kids, but we had to stay there; the room change was no longer foreseen. Room situation: bunk bed (complete with long, black hair on the pillow), tiny bathroom with toilet and showerhead (to make up for the lack of a bidet) and mini sink... even a shower was missing. We slept there overnight... in the morning I at least wanted to have coffee, but the kettle was DIRTY, USED AND NOT WASHED. Basically, we ran away... because staying another day was unthinkable... both because of the "regional train bathroom" issue, the mockery we'd received regarding the "I'll move you/I won't move you to the other room" rule, and the damned booking email she'd received, but the lady, not understanding anything, professionally left it there, forgotten. That email, having passed right under our noses, had left us without a decent, livable room. For two adults, that room was unthinkable... especially since, after a day out and about, we're tourists, and you have to wash up, right? And there were absolutely no conditions for doing so! Unfortunately, when we left the room in the morning, we forgot to leave the keys, and in response, the owner almost "harassed" us to get them back (I wonder what I could have done with those keys, who knows!!!!!)... The keys were returned to the lady and we paid. I MUST EMPHASIZE THAT THE PAYMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE ON THE BOOKING PLATFORM. We also PAID BACK at the property, a full 40 euros each for the room... and not 20 euros as THEY APPEAR TO BE USUAL FOR REGULAR GUESTS. Moral of the story: stay away from this B&B. There are too many people improvising these days... And above all, dear lady, READ YOUR EMAILS BETTER... AND GET UP TO DATE WITH A GOOD ENGLISH COURSE... AND ITALIAN.
