Splendid Venice - Starhotels Collezione

I recently stayed at Splendid in Venice, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Venice has to offer. But what truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, during my stay, my phone was stolen, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me during this difficult situation. Their empathy and dedication to ensuring I felt supported were beyond what I could have ever expected. It’s rare to come across such genuinely caring and helpful staff, and I truly appreciate everything they did. This hotel will always be my first choice when I return to Venice! Highly recommend it for both its unbeatable location and the amazing people who make it such a special place to stay.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The staffs were all so very friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a junior suite with private balcony overlooking the canal and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for that trip. The interior design of the rooms were stunning. Located right in San Marco so everything was super close and easy to get to. Will be back soon.

Hotel is right on the one of the little canals but traveled by gondolas. we had room with view, windows opens to canal view and small bridge. Locations great only 10min walk to San Marco and close to all to main attractions, shops and restaurants. Room is big enough nice bed and pillows. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Staff is very professional, kind and helpful. We liked very much. Thank you
