Amazing small hotel. Perfect for families with kids. The pool is heated and well designed to allow play time for kids and relaxing for adults. Excellent breakfast. The furniture is oldish and getting to Venice is doable but it gets old really quick if you do it often. I would definitely come back though. For relaxing vacation with excursions to Venice and other islands it's perfect.

This hotel is a real gem, lovely pool, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. Location is quiet and within 15mins walk of main shopping eating area and boats to Venice. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful oasis outside the bustle of Venice but within easy reach of all the main sights. The 11 Bus to Chioggia is a great day out.

The location is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful - no wishes left unfulfilled. The apartment was very well laid out, 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace that is not visible from the outside. Individual houses are spaced out, in the middle there is a swimming pool as well as well-kept green areas and even a small pond with water lilies. Furthermore, local amenities, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. All in all, great! We will gladly come back again.
