Elbpromenade

It was a fine hotel for a hiking trip. The room was comfortable and the food was fine. I found the staff to be particularly helpful and friendly -- they went out of their way to help us despite a language barrier. They also responded to emails beforehand about the river ferry system very promptly and helpfully, giving me much better local information than was online. Would stay there again.

Breathtaking location on the river bank at Krippen. The rooms are well maintained and organised in details. The hotel stuffs are very helpful and patient to respond to any queries. The breakfast has good varieties of healthy options.

The hotel sits on the Elbe and is a ferry ride away from Bad Schandau station, it is right next to the national park and the area is beautiful. The service was amazing and I really felt welcome while staying here, the hostess was incredibly friendly. The food served was delicious with a varied menu (including vegetarian options). The rooms were comfortable and the accommodations were great. I highly recommend this hotel and intend to stay here again.
