Very nice accommodation, lovely rooms and a large garden including convenient parking. Possibility of outdoor seating where you can have breakfast and spend a lovely evening. I definitely recommend it :-)

Our room was exactly as pictured—absolutely clean, new, comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and a mini-fridge, essential for a summer vacation. The house is ideally located for a vacation in Sistiana—a 2-minute walk from the center, home to the main cafes and restaurants, the bus stop, and the beach access, and a 2-minute walk from the large Conad supermarket. Also worth mentioning is the cozy courtyard with tables for relaxing outdoors. Our host, Luca, responded promptly to any requests, was always available and ready to help, and was invaluable in helping us miss the bus to our next destination. Overall, the combination of impeccable order, excellent location, attentive host, and the natural beauty of Sistiana makes this a wonderful vacation spot.
