The location is quiet, on a side street with no through traffic. The campsite's snack bar offers a convenient dining option right outside, especially if you're lucky enough to find that the other businesses in town are closed for vacation, as was the case for us. It's a good starting point for hikes and tours. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. All in all, you get exactly what you'd expect from a guesthouse of this type.

The price-performance ratio was perfectly fine. Mrs. Heinz was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Getting seconds was no problem. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. We slept well. There are some lovely hiking trails in the area.

We felt the room rate was based on the guest's budget, at 90 euros for 2 people. We didn't receive a bill. Regarding the room, uncomfortable beds, tiny towels. Outdated decor. Poor room soundproofing. We were moved to the floor above (the owner(s) arrived in the evening). Terrible breakfast (coffee, tea, etc.), no fruit, no fruit juice, outdated croissants, 2 individual portions of jam for 2 people; it was difficult to get more (one extra). The price charged is that of a 3-star hotel, so not at all in keeping with this place.
