Unwelcoming to Dogs Despite “Dog Friendly” Claims On the evening of 20.12.25, the lady at the reception was openly unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome because of our calm, elderly dog Alva. There were no other customers present, yet she insinuated that Alva might disturb guests who were not there. No greeting, cold tone, and a clearly uncomfortable atmosphere. You can see the poor Alva in the picture, being super calm on her soft pillow. This behaviour contradicts the hotel’s dog friendly image. They do offer three vegan dishes, which is definitely a plus point. If you are an animal lover travelling with your animal companion, think twice if this is really the place you want to stay or support. 🐾

A great stay for a short overnight stay thru Switzerland/Liechtenstein. Great parking, clean room and friendly staff!
