Lovely reception. Receptionists are excellent and staff on site are very good. Bar cafe very good. Again staff excellent. Toilets and shower block poorly maintained and are not 4 star!!!! Toilets were in complete darkness in the night!!!! Road lighting awful. Just cheap plastic solar lights that most don't work!! Excellent location, right on the beach and ideal for early port crossings. New owners so maybe upgrading the site is on their radar?

Unfortunately Paradis felt old and tired and in need of some serious TLC. Many toilets were closed, the toilets were not lit at night (even inside), there was no chemical toilet disposal point which for such a big site is unforgivable - people were emptying them into the waste water system. The electrics are dodgy - the whole site went out at one point during our stay. We fell for the lovely pictures of the beach instead of thinking about the facilities!

A fantastic location for a campsite. A free bus takes you into town and some food available on site. Lots to explore a short drive away. Good pitches, good facilities and a friendly site
