We are sorry to say that the house wasn’t in good condition upon our arrival. We’ve found used towels on the cushion outside. Crumbs on the sofa outside. Candy stuck in the tablecloth. Last but not least, the pool was inacessible, complety dirty on the floor, when rubbing it whit a flip-flop the yellow residue came off.

The personnel are quite responsive on WhatsApp and they helped a lot to sort things out. The rooms were clean, big enough. There are two problems: we were very tired but the IKEA beds were very uncomfortable, and we could hear noises from other rooms' faucets until the middle of the night. Oh also lamps were not working.

Shocking assistance told us there was parking on the phone and reserved a booking, we got to the hotel at 22:00 and we wasn’t able to park. The man was very rude saying there’s nothing he can do I can only park for 50 minutes. I explained that I was told I could park over the phone, he wasn’t interested. Leaving us trying to find a place to stay at that late hour. There is no parking available despite it saying online and they will lie to you over the phone.
