This is an absolutely amazing place to stay Andrew was such a lovely host who was welcoming and made the best breakfast I've had for years with amazing sausages. Rooms were immaculate and bedding crisp and like new. Nothing was a problem and we were made to feel at home. Stayed here with friends to fish on the tees earlier in the year and after a long day on the river it was like going home. Without doubt the best Bed and Breakfast I'm Middleton Teesdale. Planning to go back asap. Thanks Andrew.
