I recently had the pleasure of dining at both the Italian and Thai restaurants inside Alpha Palmiers, and I felt compelled to share what an outstanding experience it was. From start to finish, the entire staff was warm, encouraging and attentive. A special mention goes to THIFANIE — she was truly exceptional. Her cheerful smile, friendly manner and the way she anticipated my needs made both visits extra memorable. Whether I was at the Italian restaurant or the Thai one, she was always there, making sure everything was perfect and adapting effortlessly to my requests. Her passion for her job really shines through. Thank you to THIFANIE — you turned a simple dinner into a delightful experience. I will gladly return and recommend you to others.

If you enjoy sleeping in a freezer and paying 4-star prices for a 0-star experience, this is the perfect hotel for you. Otherwise, save yourself the suffering and book literally anywhere else. I stayed here 4–5 times this year, but this last stay was unbelievable. The heating didn’t work at all, the room was absolutely freezing. I had to sleep fully dressed in layers like I was camping on a glacier, and it was still too cold to even take a shower. I actually started feeling unwell because of how cold the room was. When I reported the issue, the staff casually told me there was nothing they could do. No portable heaters, no room change, and apparently no manager because it was “the weekend.” A 4-star hotel with no manager on weekends? I am truly speechless. And for the cherry on top: they charge extra for dogs but don’t even bother to provide a single bowl of water. So you pay extra, for absolutely nothing. Dear hotel, please do the guests a favor and update your room description: “Warning: Heating may not exist. Bring your own extra layers unless you want to freeze and get sick.” This place is far, far away from anything that resembles 4 stars. If you want to pay for the privilege of becoming a human ice cube, go ahead and book it. Otherwise, find a hotel that actually understands what hospitality means.

If you don’t speak French, do not stay here. The staff are openly hostile toward English speakers. Even when it is clearly obvious that they understand English, they deliberately pretend not to and aggressively insist that you speak French. This behavior feels intentional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to welcome international guests.
