Hotel Lido Palace Beach &

Lovely hotel right on the lakeside with their own beach. Helpful to have your own transport, as it is about 1 mile outside the town. The on-site restaurant serves very nice food at reasonable prices and meals can be taken on the terrace overlooking the lake. There was a large selection of different items at breakfast, with pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, etc. We were in a room overlooking the gardens and the main road beyond, however, there isn’t much traffic overnight so it is relatively quiet. The staff were very friendly and overall a nice relaxing place to stop.

Beautiful property, quite, lots of parking, fantastic and helpful staff, but the view is the best. Right in Bolsena lake, it’s lovely to sit, watch the sun set with a cocktail amongst all the beautiful flowers. The room we had was a little in the small side but a huge balcony facing the beachfront. Overall very happy, could have stayed much longer.

One of the best places we stayed in Italy, we had a problem with our payment card, staff were great, we went and got funds and returned as promised all was taken care of, hightly recommended!
