Pension Restaurant Waldegg

We had an exceptional stay at Pension Restaurant Waldegg, where Corina runs the place with remarkable passion and care. Everything is so thoughtfully done, beautifully arranged, and infused with a personal touch. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and truly special. If you’re looking for an idyllic spot in the heart of nature, with delicious dinners and a peaceful setting, this is the perfect place. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Overall an amazing experience staying and eating at Pension. Rooms had everything we needed, beds were firm and comfortable. The hotel was classic and comfortable. Close to the bus stop with direct access to saas-fee and one change to visp and train up to Zermatt. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was even better somehow. Our son said the schnitzel was the best he's ever had. We won't tell his Nanny who learned to make it in Bern. The inn keeper owners were the icing on the cake, super helpful, accommodating, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into the place. If you want stale, high end hotel with a spa, try Zermatt. If you want authentic swiss Alps, this is your place

The place was wonderful and clean. Corina was wonderful and very helpful. We had came to hike the Monte Rosa trail, and she helped us a lot. Thank you Corina!
