Here's a quick summary of why we had such a great time: · Super quiet location · Clean and comfortable apartment · Friendly and welcoming owner, especially with our 3-year-old daughter · Bike rental available at a reasonable price · Comfortable outdoor terrace and a small playground on the property · Convenient free parking It was wonderful to spend our vacation here. By renting the bikes, we didn't need to use the car except to go shopping at the supermarket 5 minutes away. The sea is about 1.3 km away (5 minutes by bike). The apartment is very comfortable and basic, not large but not small either. Everything you need for cooking is provided; sheets or towels are not provided. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned every time they are vacated. The shower in our apartment wasn't very comfortable (narrow and without a shower tray), but there are two very spacious and comfortable shared showers in the outdoor area (campsite-style), which we greatly appreciated. The location is very quiet, and you can easily get around by bike even at night thanks to the bike paths and lit streets. The port is just a short distance away, perfect for visiting Venice. I highly recommend this property!

Years pass, and it remains one of our favorite destinations. It's a very quiet place, perfect for those seeking a relaxing family getaway. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They explain in detail what's close to the property (beach, market, bus/boat stations, and places to visit). They offer a bicycle rental service, which is very convenient for getting around without having to use a car (given the paid parking). The apartments are always clean, smell good, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a worry-free vacation (e.g., antenna and air conditioning). They accept pets (dogs, cats) without a problem, as there's a green area for dogs outside the property (not fenced in), but with a drinking fountain for your four-legged friend.

We just spent a week at this property and had a great time: everything was very clean and tidy, the manager was very helpful, and there were plenty of amenities, including for children. The location was quiet and breezy. A great place! Thank you for your hospitality. I plan to return in the future.
