The staff here are without exception super friendly, super helpful and lovely people. The lady on reception was proper welcoming and friendly. The room was super clean and cracking comfy bed. We went for evening food that was included and not expecting much for the price we paid the (sorry for repeating myself) super helpful friendly lady explained we had a 2 course meal......proper funny when the chef shouted from the kitchen 'oh no ive dropped the last pudding' and then our upside down dropped tart arrived....nice touch!!!! Breakfast again included and fabulous. Unbelievable value for money - really enjoyed our stay.

Went to the NDR with my two kids and they loved it. Soft play, cinema room, heated swimming pool, restaurant, games-room, etc. All perfect for the kids. I enjoyed my time with a beer from the bar :-) Staff very friendly. Apartment very clean. We were here in February when it was very empty which made it very enjoyable. Amazing we stayed in the three bedroom residence with hot tub and can't fault it. Brand new, clean, beds comfy, everything you needed, interiors really stylish, staff very friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews I was really worried it was going to be bad, I don't know about the other accommodation, but the residence was good and would recommend. The panoramic view across the Severn estuary to the snow capped mountains of Wales was beautiful. The restaurant was good, loads of indoor stuff for kids, pool, softplay, games room etc. Kids want go again.
