We had an exceptional stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was elegant and welcoming, and the service consistently exceeded expectations. A special mention goes to Jenifer and Frederico, whose professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced our experience. They anticipated and accommodated every need with remarkable efficiency, offering impeccable assistance not only with all hotel services but also with arrangements beyond the property. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service standards and refined atmosphere. It is an excellent choice for guests seeking comfort, sophistication, and truly personalized hospitality.

The Mansard is a true gem. The food was exceptional—easily some of the best in Gstaad, even among such strong competition. Hats off to the chef. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and genuinely special. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished, and I’m surprised it hasn’t received a five star status. We will certainly return to without hesitation.

I didn’t actually stay at this hotel overnight, but two of my friends and colleagues did for three days, and I spent a lot of time there working with them in their rooms and around the hotel. I was honestly blown away by how spacious, smartly designed, and comfortable the rooms are. The bar downstairs with the fireplace has such a cozy vibe, and the rooftop garden is just awesome — the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink with amazing views all around. What really stood out though was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see us each time. It gave the whole place such a warm and positive atmosphere. Even as a visitor, I could feel the hospitality. This is the kind of hotel experience that makes you want to come back for a proper stay next time!
