Very welcoming with tea and cake after arriving late due to extreme traffic delays. The accomodation was spotless the bed very comfy. Plenty of choice for breakfast made to suit your taste and time request. I would definitely recommend staying there 😁

Guys, something is wrong with your website. It doesn't show availability, only "error" again and again. Would be nice if it was possible to book online for us who are not from UK and can't call you 😊

A lovely B&B in Kirkby Stephen – it was one of the more expensive of the 17 accommodations I booked for the C2C. The bedroom was an average size and very clean. There was also a good walk-in shower. The bed was comfy and the bed linen clean and crisp – we slept well. The hosts. Chrissie and Joe, were exceptional if somewhat eccentric (Joe!). We had some great banter. The full fried breakfast was great – very nice quality products.
