The Twelve Oaks Kenmare

We had a wonderful stay at The Twelve Oaks! Liam and Anne Marie were incredibly kind and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean — both the rooms and the breakfast area were kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was amazing, especially the delicious American pancakes (thank you, Anne Marie, for sharing the recipe!). I would recommend this place to anyone, and if we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Andrea and Cristina

We stayed here for 2 nights, we had a wonderful time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean with comfortable beds. The host was friendly, we had lovely chats and she gave us excellent recommendations about sights and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended 🥰

Owners, Anne-Maree and Liam were fabulous hosts and extremely accomodating. Stunningly clean and an easy 15 minute walk into the city centre. We had a quiet night sleep and lovely home cooked breakfast looking out over farmlands and the hills. Highly recommended. Stuart & Katie Murray (Australia)
