Un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Franck et ses parents. Merci pour vos gentilles attentions lors de notre arrivée ( les produits faits maison offerts étaient delicieux). La maison est parfaite !!. La vue magnifique ( encore mieux que sur les photos!), le quartier est calme. La maison est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien ( les équipements sont de qualité). C'est un lieu très confortable, bien décoré, facile d'entretien, les pièces sont spacieuses et les rangements efficaces. Aucun point négatif. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, attentifs et très sympathiques. La région est magnifique. Nous séjournons régulièrement en Bretagne depuis quelques années, ce sera notre location préférée !!.

We spent a week with friends in this house in Locquirec. It was absolutely enchanting. First, we were welcomed by Franck, who gave us a tour and provided all the necessary information to ensure a perfect stay. I must mention the exceptional touches—I must admit, something I've rarely experienced in our various short-term rentals. Cider, a local specialty, Breton far (a type of flan), salted caramel, homemade macarons—incredible! The house itself boasts a breathtaking view of the sea, and if the weather permits, you can enjoy your meals on the terrace, which is truly magical. The house is very, very clean, the bedding is high quality, and the linens are perfect. The amenities are exactly what you would expect from a great place to stay! In fact, everything is designed to make your stay perfect. I highly recommend this place!

This little house doesn't look like much when you first arrive; but that's because it holds its treasures for those who truly discover it. As soon as you step inside, you're captivated by the light and the harmonious decor. Everything is well thought out, down to the smallest detail. Franck and his mother do everything to make you feel comfortable, and it works! The bedrooms are spacious and the living areas are very comfortable. The kitchen is superbly equipped, and the level of cleanliness is far superior to standard rentals. The view is simply incredible, overlooking the magnificent white sand beach, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also a great starting point for excursions to Morlaix, Lannion, or Roscoff. We had a wonderful week there and would gladly return. Please note: the garden is not fenced and is on a slope. Thank you again for the warm welcome, and goodbye!
