We stayed at this B & B for 10 days for a cycling trip in September and had a very disappointing experience. Our group booked 4 rooms and even though my partner and I booked as a couple we were given the smallest room. Our single friends got much larger rooms, even though they booked after us. We requested a room change and were given a new room but this should not have been an issue in the first place. The so called "internet" was a weak hot spot at best that didn't work in our building for over 85% of our stay. The hosts did not address this problem promptly or effectively. They never apologized or for that matter even spoke to us about this major inconvenience even though we complained daily that it was not working. They were more like ghost hosts even though they lived on the premises. The staff worked minimal hours . Any issues or problems we had outside of these very limited hours had to be addressed by email. This was difficult because we had no wifi for most of our stay . The property was particularly unaccommodating for cyclists. Breakfast was served strictly at 8:30 am which was late for cyclists. We requested an earlier breakfast but were granted it only once. The staff refused to accommodate us on any other day even though it would have made a significant difference to our schedule. There was no secure place offered to store our bikes. Although the beds were made daily and the towels changed, this positive did not outweigh the many negative issues we had. Between the inflexible service, lack of communication, no wifi, and complete absence of cycling friendly facilities, we suggest you look elsewhere if you are looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay.
Massa Zwiya
A nice and cozy hotel, perfect if you prefer staying slightly outside the center of Siena still easily reachable with a short bus ride. There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel owner is very kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the staff are equally welcoming. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with comfy beds. It’s also a great option for future university students who’ve just arrived and are looking for accommodation near UniSTRASI.

We stayed here for one night in Siena. The location is a bit outside the city center. The room was clean, though wierd interior. Staff were kind but communication was sometimes difficult, and reception hours were very limited. Breakfast was not very inviting and the coffee not our taste. Overall, a bit overpriced, unfortunately we’re not coming back.
