What a gem of a place. So glad we didn't pick any of the bigger named hotels but this apartment, as i want modern rooms that are newly furnished. Studio is big and spacious, very tastefully decorated. It is one of the newest rooms in the cities based on my search. Comfortable king bed, with air-conditioning, very close to the centre with easy street parking and resturants. I am There are some steps up to the apartment, as ita on the second floor.

Nice large, well furnished, cool room and bathroom. Great location.

I spent one night here, on a weekend. It was an ok experience. I mention that I stayed in the small room, Ap. 4 (I don't know the other rooms). Strong points: 1. Very good location, quiet inner courtyard. 2. Hospitality of the person through whom I mediated the accommodation, clear instructions. 3. Attention to hospitality details - snacks in the room, enough coffee capsules, tea, glasses, cups, drink opener. 4. Adequate facilities: very good bed, large Smart TV, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, small safe, drinks fridge (without drinks), adjustable heat, curtains for privacy, disposable slippers, enough towels. 5. I appreciated the level of cleanliness in the room and the inner courtyard. 6. Adequate price, 2 people, approximately 288 lei/night. Minus points: 1. A storage space/chair would be useful, there was a small hanger, which we had to hang everything on, underwear, pajamas, etc., not really ideal. 2. Sliding door to the bathroom - cannot be closed properly, no handle inside the bathroom, you can hear everything from the bathroom, the door seems to disintegrate in your hand. 3. There was nowhere to store your towels in the bathroom, except on the sink itself, there was a handle on the wall, but it was improperly fixed to the plasterboard wall. 4. If you expect a balcony, it is not present, but just an improvisation on the access walkway to the room. 5. View to the garden, in fact it means a view to the inner courtyard, that is, a view to the neighbors across the street, who live there, and hang their clothes, underwear to dry on the railing (it should be noted that the rest of the courtyard is not spectacular, but it is clean and neat). 6. The room itself is finished ok, but the person who took care of the renovations was not the most skilled, there are some details of the joints of the finish not exactly ok. 7. The parking space - although there is paid parking on the street (20 lei/day - attention! not for 24 hours, but only for that day) and we found 1 space right next to the access door, I don't know if it's like that all the time. Another thing to mention is that the spaces are quite small, they don't seem to be standard sizes, especially in length, so if you have a longer car you may struggle with parking.
