CERVO Mountain Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the view from our room was like a picture! The service and hospitality were exceptional. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel, especially to the Guest Relations team, Carmen and André. They went above and beyond to help us organize our activities, considering the numerous changes we had to make. They also assisted in arranging a cake and a special celebration for our child. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The place is unique and interesting but the service was terrible. We waited for a transport to pick us up for about an hour after we arrived in Zermatt. The check in process was long and our room was not ready. They told us they would text us when it was ready. We walked around town and finally called the hotel at 5:30 to ask about our room. They said it had been ready for over an hour. At breakfast they sat us then ignored us. We stopped for drinks on the way back from dinner and after waiting a half an hour another couple told us that took them 30 minutes to get their waiter. Our room was rustic. No air conditioning which they told us was not allowed in Zermatt. Fine but no screens on the door. We had bugs and a cat visiting us each night. Check out was just as hectic. Our driver admitted everyone was new and the service was awful. Would never stay there again.

We had a really great stay at CERVO Zermatt. The reception team was friendly and gave us a warm welcome, which made checking in very easy. Our room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The food was also great — breakfast had plenty of good options, and dinner was really tasty. The spa area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and would happily come back and recommend it to others!
