Premier Inn Plymouth City (Lockyers Quay) hotel

Can’t speak highly enough of the customer focused service provided the building is kept clean and tidy the rooms are spacious and the cheery on the top was the great receptionist Fernanda who was very friendly and welcoming she’s definitely a credit to the company Iv got a company myself and would happily employ her if there was a position amazing service. Great stay apart from the bathroom shower was not working right the fan stop working so water over the ceiling was dripping so floor so wet .we had fab deal for weekend great breakfast and evening meal .staff was great nothing was to much and i would us them again both hotel and restaurant .not far from schools ect

Very welcoming, staff were friendly. A big thank you to Kerry for going the extra mile and making our stay a bit more special for our daughters first birthday. :) I recommend staying here.
