Bagno a Ripoli, Italy

The villa has enormous potential but is not well maintained at all. It's quite dirty, with cobwebs everywhere, and plants and weeds in the gardens. The parquet floors are completely gone. Maintenance is lacking, which is a real shame. Furthermore, the villa is part of a condominium where the other residents spend their days teasing each other and arguing. Unfortunately, these internal feuds have taken their toll on my car, which was scratched all over in the parking lot by a blunt object. In short, it could be a truly spectacular property, but the villa, which dates back to the 14th century, seems to have been left in that period, partly due to maintenance.

For those who love nature and want to experience the historic Tuscan countryside, this is the ideal place. I personally admired all the objects on display in the beautiful antique furniture. I hope to return, perhaps this time in the summer to enjoy the view of Florence while soaking in the pool.
