Langstone Cliff Hotel, Devon

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful location. The staff are all attentive and knowledgeable. Well priced and full menu covering most tastes. The rooms are light and airy and quiet. With the local railway station within easy walking distance this opens up the local coastline.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a dancing break the food was excellent with good choices every night. We had a family room with balcony it was a good size and very clean, the bathroom was quite large with an over bath shower. All in all a lovely stay. The only thing I would say is there could do with a larger selection of pastries for breakfast for those that don’t want the full English.

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed on a db&b basis. Food was plentiful, hotel was spotless and staff was amazing. We had 2 rooms a sea view balcony which was absolutely lovely. We also had a suit but I was a little disappointed with this it was room 28. We paid £605 for 2 nights for 3 people for this room, the bathroom was amazing but the 2 bedrooms were old fashioned and tired. The walls were scuffed, the lamp was stained and the bed was creaky and I thought quite not worth the money paid. As we were here for a break after receiving some not very good news about my moms health I didn’t want to make a fuss and just grin and bared it.
