Captain's Lodge

We had a wonderful stay in Bohinj at Captain's Lodge. Natasa is a fantastic host who communicates very well and is always helpful. The cabin was very comfortable with all amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was spotless. The bed was very soft. We used the hot tub, which worked perfectly and had a lovely view of the river where fish and ducks live. One tiny thing that could be improved would be to include egg cups in the kitchen equipment! Overall, we highly recommend this place in Bohinj, Italy. We felt very welcome and would love to come back.

Top experience. The house is neat, extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Fully equipped. With a beautiful view, a luxurious terrace and a massage pool. All appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay are in the house. I also like the huge fenced private parking space. We will definitely come back!

Everything!! Stunning place. Stunning views. On the stream. Just sitting and listening to the stream flow with a cup of coffee in hand. Feeding the ducks... True happiness. Everything is new and maintained to a high standard. The sheets are clean and the beds are comfortable. The dishes are new. The apartment is decorated and nothing is missing. It is clear that Milan (the owner) has thought of everything. The jacuzzi is clean and sparkling. The WIFI is strong and stable throughout the apartment. The location is perfect between Lake Bled (less than 20 minutes) and Lake Bohinj (less than 15 minutes). Milan gave a personal and warm attitude. He has 2 more stunning apartments, one in the area and another in Sicily. We have been to many places all over the world and this is one of the finest places, if not the finest. Highly recommend. There is also a private parking lot nearby and spacious.
