Excellent hotel. The staff, facilities and rooms are all top quality. The set up for skiing is second to non with perks such as the ski room and shuttle services. The spa is world class and there is also an excellent gym. We particularly enjoyed our meal in the wine cellar on Saturday evening, the service and food was perfect. We went here for diner and drinks a few days after. Service was great, staff very helpful. One of the cocktails was too strong and the female en boy waiters changed it into something delicious. The young boy was shy but very helpfull, we hope to see him again. The waiters are very interesting and good. Overall great service😘. A waitress was also very kind and helpfull, lorien or something, girlfriend of mathew, who entertained us☺️, she deserves a promotion :). We will return …

Her technique, precision, and ability to identify and address areas of tension made the experience deeply and perfectly tailored to my needs. Her training, experience, and genuine dedication to her work are evident in every detail of the massage. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention her colleagues, SARA and JUSTINE, who have provided treatment for me on previous occasions and have been equally outstanding. Both deliver an impeccable level of service and contribute to maintaining the spa's excellent standards.
