Casona Las Cinco Calderas

We stayed 4 nights at this really lovely hotel. The welcome was really nice and so well prepared. A map from the area with good information as well as an e-mail with restaurant recommendations. Then we got to see the Garden Suite which was furnished in a beautiful way. Over the 4 days we enjoyed one dinner and every morning the breakfast. The Honesty Bar is perfectly equipped and as we were lucky with the weather end of September we could enjoy a drink outside listening to the gathering sparrows or talking to other guests. Many thanks to Reyes and Carlos and the nice ladies from breakfast to make our stay so special and all your incredible efforts to have such a lovely place!

Hidden gem... Accommodation in a quiet location, in a historic house. Equipment and overall concept in a modern style with an emphasis on detail and coziness. Very nice owners with love for their mission. Breakfast was served using local suppliers. We appreciate the possibility of accommodation with a dog and the possibility of using outdoor spaces. Own free parking lot in the area.

Very nice place carefully restored. Nice rooms with splendig view over the hilly landscape, extremely nice common areas with restsalon, with selfservice bar. The place is a placed a bit in solitude1km away form the next small city (thats why I only gave location 4 stars), so if you are on foot you have to stay or walk a bit. This is however no problem at all, since both the inside and the outside shaddy areas are so pleasent. They have their own restaurant, with high quality food for resonable prices, and the breakfast is also ala carte and very delicious. Go there and find peace!
