This is a great campsite in the most stunning of locations. There are superb views of the mountains from wherever you pitch and the drive in is simply breathtaking. The site is very well kept, with wonderful hot showers, a drying room and laundry facilities. The village has a great feel with a village stores, that sells fresh produce and a great selection of wine. A petrol station, with a small store and cafe. There is also the old hall cafe, which serves pizza in the evenings and a hotel. If you enjoy walking, climbing, kayaking, a peaceful, laid back site and beautiful scenery then Kinlochewe is a must on a trip around the Highlands. The perfect place to spend a few days getting back to nature and the simple things of life.

We stayed here for 1 night at the end of our NC500 trip. We are surprised with the unfriendly nature of the staff in comparison to others, from arriving until leaving. Where other sites had been welcoming and always happy to help the sense here was more to make sure rules were adhered to rather than trying to give a good experience. However, the location was nice and the facilities ok. Lovely cafe round the corner for pizzas.

Arrived for a one night stop on my D500 trip and could not find my membership card, the lady did not offer to look it up and was Generally rude. Price was steep for a glorified car park. Glad I did not stay. Do not recommend
