I was disappointed that the breakfast didn't include basic vegan products such as soya milk or vegan butter. I enjoyed the hotel room and the views, but in 2025 it's very unusual that food wasn't labelled at breakfast. I understand the breakfast is included in the price, but we asked about vegan food in advance. not everyone wants to eat animals, so I would love to see some basic vegan products and better labelling in the future :) thank you anyway!

We had a long European trip across 7 countries and I can say this hotel was the best place across all of the countries. Great value for the money. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. We had some wee souvenirs when we arrived. We had some bottle of water in the room. Free parking with plenty parking bays. The landscape is something beautiful from the room. The breakfast was delicious. It is our new favourite hotel in the Alps now. I can highly recommend this hotel if you’re are in the area.

If you happen to stay in Bad Gastein this is a nice place to stay at. We staid there 3 nights in August. The stuff is young and friendly, the breakfast is ok. Only the bread could be fresher. The location is good and the price as well.
