Berghotel Biberkopf

+ Building itself and the design. Very comfortable, beautifully designed, direct access to lifts, great parking etc. + most of the staff are very nice and hardworking - somehow the hotel runs inefficiently and there is a lot of confusion. Check in was very long. Our son’s bed was not made, they came to make it not at the agreed time but when we were changing. Ordered champagne was forgotten - restaurant is not bad but compared to other alpine hotels we were not amazed, neither by selection, nor by quality. Fondue in the Biberia was good. Given the ambitous pricing the overall experience doesn’t deserve 5* although the place has potential.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Berghotel Biberkopf. It was a faultless experience! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, everything was perfect. Warm, friendly and competent staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms, a wonderful spa area and absolute convenience for skiing each day. We are already looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful hotel, every detail is taken care of, from the music in the hotel to the cosmetics. The staff is selected and professional. The architecture and design are perfect, and everything is functional. Cleanliness at the highest level, Recommendation for the most beautiful hotel on the ski resort!
