Arrived at hotel Mon 3rd Nov hotel was in complete darkness. Confirmed booking through booking.com as available. No access (arrived after 6pm) had to ring contact no. On booking.com and a lady gave a pin no. to get into hotel she got night porter to give us a key got key no info much from porter other than all open next day. No water available in room. I was there for business trip. You would think if closed on Mon would not allow to book as I would have booked alternative hotel. Next day breakfast was very limited dried fruit, some salad options, coeliac so no Gluten Free cereal or but could get a tiny roll that was baked in plastic that took 40 mins. Just disappointed was worried I'd be sleeping outside the Mon night I most certainly would have booked another hotel If I'd known it was closed on a Mon but most importantly they should not take bookings when closed on a Monday.

Only 15 minutes from Innsbruck and just a short hop from the Swarovski Museum. Peaceful spot with postcard mountain views, free parking, and rooms that are clean and comfy without pretending to be a five-star showroom. Traditional Alpine style, a lovely yard, and a terrace perfect for that first coffee of the day. Breakfast hit the spot, though the selection could be a touch wider for a 4*. Room entrance code didn’t work (apparently, not the first time), but luckily someone was there to hand us a key before 22:00. All in all, a quiet, friendly base — I’d happily come back.

The stay was amazing and breakfast was very good, the service and receptionist were very kind patient and helpful. The room can be improved by changing the pillows and one of the rooms we were in , the rubber of the bed was getting worn out causing it to shred out. The view from the rooms is amazing , so it's worth the stay
