Excellent all round... We had a lovely night eating fantastic food (my husband very much enjoyed his goat curry... Poor goat!) a brilliant array of local cask beer and live folk music to boot! Only downside is letting drunk people pick their own breakfast choices... Kippers seemed like such a good option after pint #5 ... Not so much the next morning !! 🤢🤣🤣🤣 I'm sure they would have let me swap had I have asked, anyway, dog very much enjoyed the kippers and my scrambled eggs on toast were perfect! Can't wait to return!

Stayed 2 nights last weekend on a climbing trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cooked Breakfasts and Fish &chips at dinner were excellent. The Pub has great character with open fire and lots of people with dogs.

The cosy walkers pub at the side of the hotel is a legend ! A warm and cosy haven after a long day on the hills for hikers and dogs open to all and a short walk back to the NT campsite . Great beers good harty grub and decent WIFI . keep it up guys
