Mallnitz is a beautiful place for a gateway into nature and adventure. The hotel is location at the best spot in the village, very close to centre, and bus stops. It’s at a scenic walk from the bahnhof with great connection and good frequency. The hotel itself is the best. It’s a family run establishment, where one can enjoy the care to each person, and their attention to the tiniest details like dedicated menus, accommodating food preferences in a fine dine experience. We had a warm and enjoyable stay at Bergkristall. The wellness amenities are must enjoy after an adventurous day on the mountains nearby. The sauna is most relaxing. We recommend opting for dinner at the hotel, by informing the staff at breakfast time, and to include your food preferences. Rest be assured you will enjoy a wonderful dinner. The food in every course is exceptional, with care and attention to minute details. It is tasty, very well made and served with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay, and would consider this location and the hotel for every alpine vacation. Mallnitz is the gateway to Hohe Tauren National Park, and hotel Bergkristall is the experience one must have.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. Finally, a spacious room with plenty of storage space, excellently equipped, quiet, and cozy. A family atmosphere that is reflected in the services, such as the amazing food - everything local and of top quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
