I would say the least comfortable and pleasant stay on Via Francigena but nevertheless great that it exists:) There was all the essential things

The price and services are okay. Thank you for letting us stay in Radicofani and discover your beautiful village. On the other hand, charging €4 for a towel is a shame 😬 This is called fraud.

July 25, 2024, we arrived in the evening and settled into our room. Upon returning after dinner, we realized that the door (a fire door with a handle that opens from the inside) wouldn't open, preventing us from resuming our room. No one answered the emergency phone numbers we left; not even the local police knew how to get us back into our room. Only after checking with the local restaurant did we manage to get someone to come, keys in hand, who allowed us into the room. I wonder if I had a small child with me and the door had closed behind me for any reason, what a trauma the child would have been through? To anyone who cares to comment...
