Hotel Kotnik

We had a lovely stay at this warm and cozy family run hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a large comfy bed, and a nice view of the mountains. The restaurant had a cozy fireplace which we enjoyed while having our breakfast in the morning. The location was very central with easy access to the shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes walk from the ski hills. We did have a small dispute with the costs at the end of our stay, but Romana (the owner) handled this very professionally, and kindly agreed to compensate us for the difference. With all the larger corporate hotel chains swallowing up so much of the tourist business, it’s nice to see there are still a few family hotels like this one, with some charm and character. We will definitely be staying here again when we return for another holiday.
