Views/Location 5-Stars Staff 5-Stars Inside decoration 1-star Customer handling 1-Star Food 4-Stars The Building Fassade is nice and from old times this is why Kasino had to keep it. However, when they redone the hotel it was and it feels like done quick quick quick with no taste, no class and cheap. Doors, carpets, lifts are all wearing already off and nothing is done properly. The staff on the top floor when you want an apero are going strictly by the rule. Nothing for an apero eg nuts, chips etc. as of 6pm only you get something. When they serve although almost empty they insist to cash in immediately although we also had food. Very disappointing as the place, the views and the staff are great but the directive to the staff and customer handling just doesn’t flow together….

Super casino

Very disappointed. It took over half an hour to be served the aperitif we ordered (even though there were nine of us in the restaurant). For an amuse-bouche, we were given a bit of lukewarm soup to go with our piña coladas...!!! The starter was egg with Roquefort cheese, with too much Roquefort and too much salt in the bacon. As for the foie gras, it was a tiny slice, barely 4 millimeters thick. The main course, lobster with risotto, was reheated and very mushy. The pear and chocolate dessert was very dry. A real disappointment for my birthday.
