Holmleigh House B&B

This is in my top 3 all time best B&B visits. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean, with luxurious finishing touches. Breakfast exceeded all expectations. An absolute hidden gem!

Warm welcome and spacious airy room with big comfortable bed. Ensuite had shower and bath, always a bonus! The breakfasts were second to none and our hosts were so friendly and helpful it made for a wonderful break. One more thing ... excellent bedside lamps. How often to you get that!!

Linnea and Nigel are excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome on our recent visit to Seaton. Our rooms were lovely, very comfortable beds and everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was marvellous, a very good selection to suit everyone. All in all, it ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay here again .
