A perfectly reasonable hotel. Nothing special or luxurious but the beds were comfortable enough, the room was warm and the location was good. Again, the bathroom wasn't spectacular but was sufficient. Service was ok, an issue we asked to get fixed in the bathroom wasn't resolved but otherwise it was fine. The location however is the selling point, just five minutes from both the Old Town and ferry port, and shopping/food district it sits within it is absolutely lovely. Overall, for the price we paid it was extremely reasonable and left me satisfied but as a hotel three stars is a fair rating. Would have appreciated a safe in the room as well.

Basic small hotel with excellent location near Port of Tallinn and Tallinn old town. Neat room for 3 people with non-opening window facing to inside hotels atrium. Room was hot and there was no adjustable air-conditioning. Pillows and duvets were undoptedly very old. Beds were quite hard, but i prefer that, so they were fine to me. Breakfast was good, not as many options as some bigger hotels, but enough for everybody on my traveling party. For the location and price i could use this hotel again for a short stay, but i would first confirm a different room with atleast Windows opening outside or if there are any adjustable air-conditioning rooms.

This hotel has a modern building design, but the staff and management seem to have a prehistoric way of thinking. For example, you are required to wear a swimsuit in the spa, even though it is unhygienic due to plastic materials — but rules are rules. You are not allowed to take hot water from breakfast for tea. Yes, even plain hot water is not permitted. The lactose-free labels are inconsistent: sometimes they are correct, sometimes they are not. They absolutely don’t know what ‘lactose-free’ means. They seem to think it means vegetarian. On top of that, the hotel is unbearably hot. The room has only a fan, no air conditioning, and the windows cannot be opened at all. In the wellness area, there is a camera, which feels extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate for such a space. Overall, it feels like a modern hotel run with a very outdated, almost communist-style mindset.
