The worst hotel in Italy that I have stayed in. Room service took excellent care of the room. Just before check-in, the hotel management disproportionately increased the price of drinks, including water, stating that the tour must order drinks in advance and pay. This was handled with the help of our travel agency. The hotel has an uninhabited 2nd floor and the elevator is before reconstruction. Rooms without closed wardrobes. Switching on ventilation in the bathroom using a hanging cord. Breakfast was very monotonous, scrambled eggs and sausages. Food replenishment was slow. Dinners were delicious except for one, which was made from last week's leftovers, including perishable meats.

If you stay for only a few days this hotel is acceptable. They were under renovation inside when we were there (2025), I think we got one of the renovated rooms, it was pretty new. We loved that the 3rd bed for the child was also a full bed. The mattress on the bed was perfect, we woke up fully rested every single morning. The bath was new as well, the toilet has a bottom shower (you can change the temperature of the water) which was cool but there's no enough space next to the sink to put your cleaning stuffs, there was nothing to hold toilet paper. We were in April so it needed to be heated. They heated the room for the first two of our stay of five days but didn't for the rest. They provided us a heating machine BTW. If your room faces the front, the traffic can be a bit noisy, if the back side, the view was a big container with full of trash. The breakfast was the same every morning which is okay for a couple of days but becomes boring after a few more. The toast maker didn't worked well, only one heating wire worked of the three so we had to turn the breads to make a good toast. The selection wasn't too much. The staff was very kind and helpful, everyone of them. The parking lot was very small but you can park also on the other side of the street. Update: Reflecting to the facility's reply: I really don't know what are you talking about, we've stayed only one time at your hotel this april (2025), never before and seeing your reply we never come back! Breakfast is included in the price and we only ate and drank in the mornings so please explain to me what kind of extras do you talk about we didn't pay?! We obeyed every of the facility's rules as well including never take out sandwiches!

The hotel is well located, about a 10–15 minute drive from the historic center of Siena. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. However, I was disappointed with the room I was given — it was very old and clearly in need of renovation. In addition, the soundproofing between rooms was quite poor, and I could hear a lot of noise from other guests. It was fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t choose it again for a longer visit.
