We stayed for one night over a recent weekend as a young couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is excellent, with modern, beautifully designed rooms that are extremely comfortable. The restaurant is lovely, offering a phenomenal view and a rich breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The included spa was also fantastic and something we truly enjoyed. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the outstanding service from the receptionists and staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We asked many questions, and the team was always happy to help, providing detailed answers, thoughtful recommendations, and consistently friendly service. Whether we asked about where to go, what to see, or where to eat, they took the time to explain all the options and suggest great ideas. It was clear they have a well organized system, as there was always someone available to assist guests at the desk. The sled routes and scenic paths they recommended were wonderful experiences and definite highlights of our trip. One unique offering is the option to request a “field raclette.” You receive a bag filled with cheese, a small raclette-oven powered by candles, bread, sides, and all necessary utensils. We took the gondola up the mountain and enjoyed lunch with an incredible view, which was one of the most special moments of the weekend. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for the exceptional service. Sometimes high end places can feel intimidating, but the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Their thoughtful recommendations truly made our weekend unforgettable.

We just dined here. I tried their set course meal which included soup, steamed vegetables, pasta with a nice sauce, and a vegetable rosti. Everything was delicious, simple, fresh, and very comforting for the winter. The view is incredible and I loved it. Prices are decent and not too high for the area. Overall it was a great experience.

The hotel is amazing! Good value for money. Very close to gondola station and to bus station. Service is so nice, food is excellent, spa is very good and everything is very clean! Highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!
