I went with my family in first week of June 2025 Excellent Stay – Warm Hospitality and Impeccable Service My recent stay at Hahnenblick was truly delightful. The property is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance is both peaceful and inviting I would especially like to commend the owner for his warm and gracious hospitality. His personal attention and approachable nature created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience. It is rare to come across such genuine warmth in hospitality, and it made a lasting impression. Thank you for a memorable stay. Rating the restaurant Food is great! 9/10 I had Beef hacktätchli with special cream sauce. It was nice, I gave nine because beef was a bit tough but flavors are good. Service is excellent 10/10 Location is perfect with the beautiful Hahnen Mountain of Engelberg and the river across the street. Restaurant is beautifully decorated. Extras: - Back of each toilet cubicles has new jokes every time. - Staff are extremely friendly - their menu are vegetarian and fitness friendly - quite a lot of salad menu - quality food

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view. Great breakfast buffet - nothing fancy but all fresh and tasty.
