M y recent stay at the hotel, set amidst a beautifully snowy landscape, was thoroughly enjoyable. The property offered a serene and elegant atmosphere, complemented by well-appointed rooms with remarkable views of the winter scenery. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout my visit. I would gladly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil winter retreat.

An outstanding experience. While completing the Peak of the Balkans Trail, we stopped and had excellent food, a fantastic 3 bed room and also wonderful food. I have been extremely impressed with the service at the restaurant, with all staff being lovely and kind.

Beautiful place, we booked a villa with jacuzzi, very clean, wood fire without ending, warm, lovely people, good food, friendly. The road was beautiful but a bit long. It was up up. But highly recommended, even if its far. Thank you!
