Residencial suites Valldemossa

Incredible big suites, large kitchen and living room. Clean and well kept. The most important thing was the top customer service we received. Juan the manager and part owner of the place, provided the best service to us. He wanted to be sure we were comfortable and happy. Breakfast was included, offering us a great variety of dishes, eggs, sweets, pastries, yogurt with fresh fruit, ham, cheese...kept coming to the table, all home made and natural. Juan and the others helping him were all great. I heard somewhere: 'you arrive as a customer and leave as a friend'. All in the beautiful Valldemossa. I wish to return someday and stay longer.

Excellent place! We have stayed here three times now, each time for a week or more. The apartment is very spacious and is equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave and generously sized fridge, so we can cook, keep wine and beer, and make ourselves at home. There is a TV and wifi and a lovely rooftop terrace with panoramic views where you can eat your dinner or bring up a drink etc. The location is right in the heart of Valdemossa which is very convenient. Of course this means you will hear the bustle of the tourists during the daytime hours if you open your windows. There is AC and heating. Juan, the proprietor, is very friendly and helpful. We love it here and feel very much at home.

We stayed one night as we were traveling around the island, perfect location to wander around the town. Easy and friendly check in, very nice one bedroom apartment. You will be awakened when things start happening in the café below at 6.30, but you should be up by then anyway. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, espresso maker, pots, pans and dishes. We were served complimentary coffee and biscuit in café downstairs, friendly service. Parking was a couple blocks away but not a problem since it was in the check-in instructions. Definitely recommend!
