Hôtel Aigue Marine

Room and bathroom were little bit old. The staff were really helpful and nice. Swimming pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was very nice.

We ordered take away lunch like they advertise at their site. Ordering was already a bit difficult but we agreed ready at 8:30. When we wanted to pick it up there was nothing and no order known. Mention we had to be at the boat for a daytrip with lunch at 9:30 with 45 minutes driving, searching and walking. Man left suddenly, did not explain anything and returned back only after 10 minutes with what they call "lunch". Mention this restaurant has a Michelin star: we received a dry Piece of bread (sandwich) a bottle of water and some rise with chicken and corn. And two small prunes or something. That is not what we expected neither the reaction of the man behind the desk. He considered that we should slow down because we are on holiday. How could he say that, we ordered a trip of 110 euro! And the boat would leave without us if we are not on time. Hotel room and other people are nice but this was a very uncomfortable situation, food he gave is like prison food, dry bread and water!!

Not as good as it should be. Some of fittings in bathroom showing their age with plumbing defects just like French hotels of 1970s. Although booked room long ago not told of need to book table in restaurant in advance so not able to. eat in during 4 night stay. On good side comfortable bed tho if weather had been warmer I suspetc duvet would have been.much too hot
