At this refuge, you can purchase packages that include accommodation, guides, dinner, breakfast, and a packed lunch at a truly affordable price, considering the enjoyment of the experiences offered. Mine consisted of three excursions, one of which was in the evening, in search of the bellowing of deer and the howling of wolves, with a visit to the nearby Buca delle Fate cave and the panoramic summit of Monte Penna. The guides Paride and Aldo were fun, knowledgeable, and great company, and they taught us about many of the unique flora, fauna, and area. The meals were also truly delicious and revitalizing. Overall, I give it full marks and recommend it!

I had a wonderful time; the refuge is a corner of paradise in the middle of the forest. Our guide, Aldo, showed me enchanting places every day, allowing me to savor history, culture, nature, art, and beauty. I discovered a truly magical place where I can't wait to return. Elena, with her kitchen, offers new and delicious dishes every day. Even though I was traveling alone, I felt at home and at home. Thank you so much. Flavia
