For a week this place felt like home. We stayed in October and it was quiet. There was a petrol station a few minutes away that had most things you would need to get by. This place isn't for those accustomed to 5-Star hotels. Its for those wanting a more traditional solitary stay. We stocked the fridge like we would at home. We did laundry, but you'll need to dry the clothes at the petrol station. I gave it 4 stars because the heat was tricky. Im pretty handy and could never really figure it out. Its boiler heater and the boilers on a timer. And when its running its not very effective. We used the fireplace almost continuously. So if your going in chillies seasons be prepared to wear layers. The owners were Ukranian and spoke very little English. Most communication was through Google translate. Also, make sure you call the day ahead and confirm a meeting time to check in. They live nearby, don't expect to just show up, walk up to the counter and get your keys

Very nice place to stay. Small but very clean rooms with ocean or mountain view. Tasty breakfast selection, lovely hosts Brenda & Michael. Beautiful Rossbeigh beach. Perfect for long distance for walk lovers. Fantastic dunes, ocean and mountains view. Very picturesque scenery.

This place has breathtaking views and amazing hospitality. Without a shadow of a doubt I will recommend to all my friends and family. It is a great place to stay before driving the Ring of Kerry. The breakfast is perfect, the views are insane, only 2 minutes from the beach, clean. what else can you ask for really.
